Desert Silver

When I start a new piece, I often place small delica beads into little sections of a watercolor tray. Starting in March, my palette noticeable changed to more desert colors. As I continued to build from piece to piece, I knew the desert landscape had now entered my unconscious mind -- and so this series grew.

This is how I make these!
Starting with a long handwoven piece, I wrap around a sterling ring.
